       第三屆國際神經再生高峯論壇(INRS2013)——Intraocular inflammation, combined with elevation of [cAMP],and pten deletion,enables RGCs to regenerate axons the full length of the optic nerve and on into the brain. The principal mediator of inflammation-induces regeneration is Ocm. Elevation of [cAMP],enhances the binding of Ocm to its receptor. Regenerating axons navigate to their appropriate target areas, form synapses and restore some simple visual responses.
