太赫茲器件用Sc2O3陰極

       第八屆中國功能材料及其應用學術會議——The academic report is provided by Pro.Wang Jinshu from Beijing University of Technology.The report gives three conclusions:1.Scandia doped tungsten mixed matrix impregnated cathodes with the sub-micron structure has been also successfully prepared.Over 30A/cm2 of Jdiv at 850℃b,has been obtained for the optimally activated cathodes.The electron sheet beam has been obtained.2.Ba,Sc and O diffuse from the interior porous body to surface simultaneously to form a uniform surface multilayer of Ba-Sc-O of about 100nm thick uniformly covered on W grains with nanoparticles distributed on the growth steps.3.The emission behavior can be explained by a semiconductor model combined with the local field enhancement by nanoparticles.
