Soil salinization in check-dam farmlands in Loess Plateau, China

       第十一屆國際旱地發展會議——GWL in Cao Mao farmland rises by frozen soil in winter and rainfall in rainy season.Salinization occurs by both high GWL and high evapotranspiration.In the downstream side of farmland,salinization does not occur by low GWL.In upstream side,elevation of the original ground surface is high.GWL is always kept relatively higher after farmland formed and then salinization occurs.Salinization occurs at the large scale dam farmland and the farmland formed in lower stream of Xiao He Gou.
