HA-SLA:A Hierarchical Autonomic SLA Model for SLA Monitoring in Cloud Computing
第三屆計算器與管理學術會議(CAMAN2013)——Service level agreement (SLA) is a contract between service provider and consumer upon quality of service (QoS) to guarantee the service level objective (SLO). An effective SLA monitoring system is unavoidable to ensure consumers about SLO achieving. Cloud computing is a service oriented environment which should employ the SLA and enforce the SLA monitoring systems.
